Dr. Michael K. Bourdoulis received the 5-year Diploma (B.Sc.+M.Sc. equivalent) and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2008 and 2014, respectively, from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Patras, Greece. Moreover, he holds the 4-year Ptychion (B.A. equivalent) in Economics, from the Department of Economics, University of Patras, Greece.
Currently, he is an Electrical Engineer at the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator S.A. and a postdoc researcher at the Power Systems Laboratory of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Patras.
His research interests include nonlinear modeling, control, and stability analysis of power converter and electric machine systems with an emphasis in renewable energy systems (wind power generation) and motor drives.
